Senior Corporate Strategy Consultant
The Senior Corporate Strategy Consultant will shape the strategic direction of Triodos Bank, acting as a key link between the Executive Board and the wider organization. This highly visible role (equivalent to a Senior Manager or Director in most consulting firms) involves defining long-term priorities, supporting major decisions, and helping translate strategy into concrete transformation across the bank. Operating within a flat organizational structure and reporting to Eliza Zisopulu, Group Director Corporate Development, the Senior Consultant is positioned as a peer to senior team members and acts as a trusted advisor at the heart of the organization’s mission-led evolution.
This is not a conventional consulting role. It’s a strategic and transformational hybrid, designed for a candidate who thrives in both conceptual thinking and real-world execution. From shaping business plans and steering operating model changes to embedding transformation logic into how Triodos evolves, this is a role where vision and delivery go hand in hand. The Senior Consultant will contribute to high-impact initiatives, ranging from business model transformation to cost optimization, often in close collaboration with the Transformation Office. Whether analyzing cost structures or building business cases for future market plays, they will operate as both strategist and enabler.
