That’s why they’re hiring a new Recruiter, based out of their Amsterdam office, but member of the group-wide people team.
About innocent drinks
Back in 1999, innocent drinks started with a couple of smoothies at a music festival. They’ve always had a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do something good for yourself. Today, they’re blending every type of fruit and veg under the sun and selling juices, kids drinks, coconut water, and bubbles right across Europe in over 30 different countries.
And that’s just the beginning. They want to invent healthy new drinks. They want to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit. And ultimately, they want to contribute to a better world.
They’re about to embark on an incredible journey of growth and expansion and are looking for a special individual to join the People team.

Experience with 360º recruitment- Skilled researcher, able to find the below-the-radar candidates
- Comfortable and confident in making direct approaches to, and networking with, people in the industry
- Knowledge of the Dutch market
- Cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization
- Fluent in Dutch and English

Recruiter
There is a new project starting in the second half of 2019. The Recruiter will lead on all recruitment from the leadership team right through to operational level. This is a 360 role and you will be involved at every stage, from the initial kick-off meeting to writing adverts, finding and approaching candidates and interviewing, right through to making offers and bringing people on board.
