Vacature
The Operational Manager will lead FleetGO's project management operations in Belgium. Responsible for the Project Management and Support departments, they will grow and develop the local team and ensure alignment with the company's buy-and-build strategy, driving operational excellence and accelerating growth across the Benelux region.
The Operational Manager will report directly to the COO and work closely with senior leadership to align project delivery with commercial goals. This role focuses on building scalable structures, driving efficiency, and unifying operations across the Benelux region. The Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution, developing streamlined processes, and creating a high-performance culture. Leading a team of 5 Project Managers, they will guide and mentor their team members, foster collaboration, and integrate the operations in Belgium with FleetGO's broader organizational strategy, aligning efforts with the successful frameworks already established in Germany.
