Their Offshore Energy Business Unit has an ambitious growth path with worldwide sustainable projects, from offshore wind farms to new energy infrastructures. The FP&A Consultant will support the strategic development of Van Oord's Offshore Energy unit.

The right person for this role knows their way around an Excel sheet – but to be successful, the FP&A Consultant also needs to be good at managing relationships. I am looking for someone who is eager to reach out to colleagues from within, and outside the business unit, to uncover data and understand complex processes. Further, the Consultant should naturally have an interest in contributing to the energy transition.
The FP&A Consultant joins the Finance and Control organization of the Offshore Energy Business Unit. They work closely with commercial and business development departments in the Business Unit, along with other departments within Van Oord. The FP&A Consultant is one of the primary internal strategic advisors to senior management, funneling the team's insights into actionable steps and – crucially – transforming Van Oord into a truly data-driven company.
