Vacancy: Chief of Staff
The Chief of Staff will be vital to Verisure’s success in The Netherlands. As the right hand to the Country Managing Director (MD), they will provide strategic and operational support, amplifying the MD’s impact and driving key initiatives that will shape the future of Verisure Netherlands. Reporting to the MD and working closely with the Management Team, the Chief of Staff will engage with stakeholders across the Country and at the Group level. They will drive the most transformational projects that are essential to the growth and success of Verisure.
This highly-visible, multidisciplinary position demands both strategic skills and a hands-on mentality. The Chief of Staff owns the design, roll-out and end-to-end delivery of many crucial projects. This includes developing new go-to-market strategies, enhancing industry and market understanding, defining marketing initiatives, implementing best practices, driving operational effectiveness, and increasing reach and brand awareness across The Netherlands.
The Chief of Staff is proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on enhancing business value. An excellent communicator, they manage multicultural teams and complex processes and are confident, empathetic, and mature. The Chief of Staff can easily facilitate interactions and foster buy-in with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and enable operational execution across the organization.
