Managing Director
Kubik’s Amsterdam office services clients across Europe and has ambitious growth goals for the future. Projects are often large-scale and include many complexities which need to be overcome through creative solutions and coordinated teamwork to deliver the one-of-a-kind results that Kubik’s clients expect. The Managing Director will provide the necessary structure, strategy and inspiration needed to continue to deliver these exceptional experiences and drive the expansion of the business in the European market.
They will be the main point of contact for senior level marketing executives to Kubik’s existing and prospective clients; mostly Fortune 500 companies. As an excellent networker, they will form strong relationships with the clients, gaining a detailed understanding of their challenges and delivering solutions to help them meet their marketing goals. The Managing Director has a vision for the future of Kubik and focuses on identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities, both with existing and new clients.
The Managing Director will closely cooperate with the head office in Canada and report directly to Kubik’s President and CFO. They will manage the team of 19 employees located in Amsterdam and Poznan (Poland) and mobilizing and uniting the team and ensuring the right creative pace, culture, and energy needed to pursue Kubik’s business ambitions.
