Looking ahead, HR’s focus will be on three main pillars. The first pillar is HR operations and services. The second is on HR Strategy and their role as a business partner by further embedding the body, mind and soul culture. The third pillar focuses on HR Solutions driven by the centers of expertise. These include recruitment, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
This three-pillar strategy is needed to continually strengthen Rituals’ DNA. The HR team will optimize their operations and deliver a state-of-the-art employee experience, from onsite to remote interactions.
Requirements*
- Over 12 years of experience
- HR operations and service delivery models
- Experience with transformation management

Global Head of HR Operations
The Global Head of HR Operations for Rituals will report to the Global HR Director and will be a member of the HR Management Team. They will lead the global HR Operations and Services Team, which includes the central HR digital / systems team.
This role will develop and implement the future global HR operations strategy to ensure one way of working, and align with the Rituals strategy. They will manage and continuously improve the global core HR operations processes and systems that support the employee lifecycles. The end goal is to design and roll out seamless global service delivery. This model will ensure one-time right administration, user-friendly systems, flawless data and a perfect employee experience.
This role is about transformation. That’s why solid stakeholder management capabilities and partnerships with regional HR Operations teams are key. In addition, they work closely with Business, Technology, Accounting, Payroll and Business Control teams to ensure buy-in, alignment and smooth implementation.
The ideal candidate is analytical, has expertise with digital systems and process improvement, and can identify scalable solutions. This goes hand-in-hand with their inspiring leadership and performance orientation, as well as establishing HR Services, a KPI dashboard and reporting system.
