Business Transformation Manager
The Business Transformation Manager will partner with the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to be the driving force behind the impressive transformation at Contiweb (global leader in printing equipment). They will drive the value-creation agenda and will be responsible for implementation. This is an excellent opportunity with fantastic exposure to senior management and PE investors.
Contiweb is a leading player in the printing equipment industry. This Boxmeer-based company develops, manufactures, and markets auxiliary equipment for printing lines used for commercial print applications like magazines and advertising. Contiweb is an innovative, technically advanced manufacturing company known for quality and reliability.
As equipment sales in the heatset web-offset (HSWO) market decline, Contiweb is committed to innovation, turning more of its focus to service and maintenance. With Contiweb's deep technical expertise and extensive installed base, it is a natural choice. Contiweb is also increasingly focused on digital printing technology designed for high-end printing. Thanks to their strong R&D department, they have already developed some fantastic digital print products, and there are plenty more in the innovation pipeline.
In late 2019, Contiweb was acquired by H2 Equity Partners, a leading investor in Western Europe with a strong track record in major turnarounds. Contiweb is working with H2 Equity Partners on a promising transformation that will combine a business model renewal with a firm focus on tight processes. It is a strategy designed to more than double revenue in the coming years, both organically and through targeted acquisitions.

Vacancy
The Business Transformation Manager will partner with the CTO to be the driving force behind this transformation. With CTO Erik Hupperets (former strategy consultant with extensive experience in PE-portfolio companies) and the other members of the Management Team, they will shape the new Contiweb. The Business Transformation Manager will drive the value creation agenda and will be responsible for developing, initiating, and implementing a wide range of strategic initiatives in areas like top-line growth, operational excellence, commercial excellence, organization, and cost efficiency.
The Business Transformation Manager will not only make plans, they will also manage implementation, working closely with the Management Team, including the CEO and CFO, and key people from their teams. They will also act as a sparring partner for the MT in solving complex issues.
The Business Transformation Manager will provide insight into project progress and facilitate decision-making at the board level. They will also work extensively with the investment professionals at H2 Equity Partners and support the M&A strategy and subsequent post-merger integrations.
What makes this role unique is the breadth of focus, and exposure. The Business Transformation Manager will have their hand in everything, from operations to pricing, and from business models to organizational structures. Because they will be working closely with the MT and investors, this position is an ideal springboard to a next career step – within Contiweb, at another portfolio company, or on the portfolio team at a PE fund.
