The story of POLSPOTTEN began when its entrepreneur, Erik Pol, was enjoying a sunny holiday in Spain thirty-five years ago. The defining moment came when a local potter handed Pol a beautiful terracotta planter. It was so unique that he put several in his car's trunk to return with him to The Netherlands. Thanks to that potter, and Pol's keen eye for design, those Spanish terracotta pots were all quicky purchased by Amsterdam flower shop owners.
