About Eidra

Eidra was founded in 2019 with a clear vision: to bring together the best specialist firms under one roof and design a model to pool their strengths for clients with ambitious growth targets. Backed by the Swedish private equity investor Altor, the collective has grown into an organisation of 1,500 consultants and specialists in management consultancy, design, technology and commerce, operating in more than fifty countries. At Eidra, strategy and execution are not separate domains, but go hand in hand. In the Netherlands, Eidra works for clients such as HEMA, Signify, InShared and all the major Dutch museums. In the market, Eidra is increasingly positioning itself as a serious challenger to the major international consultancy firms.

Ownership model

A large part of Eidra’s strength and success lies in its ownership model. The 160 active partners are all shareholders in the same entity, not in individual brands. The aim is always to deploy the best people for the client, never those who generate the most revenue for their own unit. As a result, the group truly operates as a collective. Alongside the DACH region and the US, the Netherlands is one of the three primary growth markets for the next five years, with growth roughly evenly split between organic expansion and targeted acquisitions.

Within Eidra Netherlands, 250 people work together at Fabrique, Q42, Curamando and Essense. As a people-first organisation, the collective is built on the belief that complex problems are best solved by people with fundamentally different areas of expertise, backgrounds and perspectives. The team comprises designers, engineers, brand strategists and digital specialists who have created award-winning products.
