In Europe, the scale-up, owned by private equity firm I Squared, has acquired several medium-sized family businesses in Italy, the United Kingdom, and the Benelux since its inception. Over the coming years, the platform wants to continue this buy-and-build strategy, further expand in Europe, and continue to increase its market share.
